Harvey Software, Inc. offers CPS with no long term contracts. The flexibility to use CPS for a month, a quarter or a year and pay for only the time you choose to use allows you to make sure CPS is right for your business and eliminate the hassle of dealing with refunds since you pay the lowest possible cost. For added flexibility you can easily switch between monthly, quarterly and yearly plans at the end of any billing period. The greater the time you pay for, the greater the savings you receive.

Orders for CPS are processed as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Since CPS is available only to shippers in the US, we must be able to verify anyone ordering CPS. After your order is verified you will receive an email with all the instructions to download and start using CPS immediately. When ordered during normal business hours, the turn-around time is very short - usually within just a few hours.

Applying Required Updates

To continue to help you save money, it is important to keep CPS working at its peak all the time. This is a big reason that updates are part of our service and cost you nothing extra. Keeping your CPS up-to-date to maximizes its effectiveness, plus many updates are required by the carriers. You will see other companies that charge for updates, but with ours it is just part of the service. Shipping software is different from other software. Between new carrier services and ever changing carrier compliance requirements, there is something new for CPS nearly every month. For these reasons, you are required to keep your CPS up-to-date with the latest technology and for CPS to stay in compliance with carrier requirements. This can be totally and automatically done using the automatic update feature. Please note that CPS must have Internet access for updates. CPS must be kept up-to-date or it will no longer function.

Pricing

It is our goal to keep the cost of our services as low as possible to help you maximize your return on your investment. From time to time we must adjust our prices to insure we are able to keep up with the costs to support the ever changing carrier requirements and services. If a price increase is required, we do our best to give our customers 30 days or more notice of the price adjustment. We also offer the ability to purchase annual service agreements in advance for up to two (2) years so you can lock in your price before an increase.

For quarterly and annual purchases you will be sent a renewal notice 60-90 days in advance before your service agreement expires. Monthly plans are automatically billed until we are notified to discontinue the plan. We will contact you for automatic billing information after the initial on-line purchase.

All Harvey Software products are sold subject to the terms of our authorized end user agreement. All end users agree to the applicable agreements at the time CPS is installed. Any shipping and/or company related information that we collect from your company is considered confidential. The information we collect is used by us to contact consumers for marketing, sales, support, billing, to improve client experiences and to maximize our products' features and usefulness. All information collected is never shared with other organizations without your permission.

We collect only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and from information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Our mass e-mailings are only to those who sign up for our Double Opt-In e-mail lists.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services, or upcoming events. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they place on-line or information regarding new products and services or upcoming events.
